Illiano has 25 years of experience behind the kitchen, counter, and table serving and will continue to make the people of Mountain View smile with his delicious food.

Hugo has been a long-time partner of Cafe Baklava, coming up on 19 years being behind the kitchen. Hugo loves Turkey and the cuisine that comes with it, which he describes as, "the best." Hugo has a ton of passion for making tasty, authentic and organic dishes for kebab lovers to enjoy.
